These Terms of Service govern your use of the Routine Box online store and your purchase of products from us. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Store and eligibility

Routine Box provides an online storefront hosted by Shopify. You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

2. Product information and medical disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, dimensions, descriptions, prices, and availability accurately. Product appearance can vary by screen and production run. Routine Box is an organizer only. It is not a sharps-disposal container, refrigerator, childproof device, medical device, or substitute for professional medical advice. Always follow your healthcare provider’s directions and medication instructions for storage, handling, and disposal.

3. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order, including because of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount. Prices and promotions may change without notice. Taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout when applicable.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy are incorporated into these terms and explain fulfillment, return eligibility, shipping costs, and refund timing.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, misuse customer or store information, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in a manner that burdens the service, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.

6. Intellectual property

The Routine Box name, logo, site design, photographs, product design materials, copy, and other content are owned by or licensed to Routine Box and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit this content without written permission.

7. Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, and service providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared. By using the site, you acknowledge that the store and its service providers may process information as described in that policy.

9. Feedback

If you voluntarily submit reviews, suggestions, photographs, or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and grant Routine Box a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate, improve, and promote the store, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where prohibited by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Any warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain in effect.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Routine Box and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Routine Box against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

13. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Texas, United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

15. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes take effect as stated in the update or as otherwise required by law.
